Biography:
Jacob received a Bachelor of Commerce from Sir Williams College in May 1958.

According to the voter’s list for Notre-Dame-de-Grâce 1962, Jacob was listed as being in the textile business and living with his wife Bilhah who was a housewife. The 1963 voter’s list for Montreal shows Jacob as a merchant and Bilhah as a teacher.
