Wikipedia advises “Siret (Romanian pronunciation: [siˈret]; German: Sereth; Polish: Seret; Hungarian: Szeretvásár, Yiddish: סערעט‎ Seret) is a town, municipality and former Latin bishopric in Suceava County, north-eastern Romania. It is situated in the historical region of Bukovina.” The Find-a-Grave Gazestteer is deficient in that it does not contain any entry for the town.

Biography:
According to the voter’s list for Notre-Dame-de-Grâce in 1962, Bilhah was a housewife and living with her husband Jacob who was in the Textile business. The 1963 Montreal voter’s list shows that Bilhah was a teaching living with Jacob who was listed as a merchant.
