Solomon “Sol” Oppenheimer

Biography:
Sol was a member of the Board of Trade.

He died in Kamloops B.C. as a result of a car accident. The funeral was held at the home of his father-in-law, Simon Leiser. The pallbearers were: Robert Kelly, S Gintzburger, W D Burdias, C T Daykin, Herbert Macklin, T G Groth.

As both parents died young, their young children Ruth and David were raised by Florence’s sister Amelia (Amy) Leiser Oppenheimer and her husband (Sol’s brother )Milton Oppenheimer. David became a manufacturer agent.
