Annie died in 1888, and was less than a year old. Her exact age is unclear as the inscription of the number of months of her birth and death are illegible due to weathering. Her memorial is composed of a simple, small, upright gravestone placed on top of an adult sized concrete marker; there is also a very worn rose engraved into the memorial.

The British Columbia Genealogical Society recorded the inscription as the following in 1993.
