Biography:
Landa lived in Victoria for 30 years. His last residence was the Westholme Hotel.
Rabbi Jack Levy conducted the service. Levy was hired as the rabbi for Temple Emanu-El in October, 1927. Hailing from London, he claimed to be the youngest rabbi on the continent.
The pallbearers were: I.M. Nodek,, H. Burns, H.I. Mallek, I. Herman, A. Levy, and E.P. Nathan.
