Biography:
Frank married Ethel Singer in 1946. The 1949 Voters list for Selkirk, Manitoba indicated that Frank was a student. The 1953 Voter’s list for Winnipeg North recorded that Frank was a farmer. Frank was listed as a lecturer according to the 1962, 1963, and 1965 Voter’s list for Winnipeg North. The 1972 Voter’s list for Winnipeg North Center showed Frank as both a farmer and a lecturer.
