The engraver’s name J.E. Phillips is etched into the bottom right of the grave stone.

Biography:
Annie died in 1888, and was less than a year old. Her memorial is composed of a simple, small, upright gravestone placed on top of an adult sized concrete marker; there is also a very worn rose engraved into the memorial.
