Biography:
Mrs. M. Ablowitz, age seventy-two years, wife of B. Ablowitz, passed away suddenly at her home in the Burdett Apartments, Victoria. She was born in Roumania and had lived in the province for the past twenty-five years. She is survived by her husband, three sons, Julius, Harry and Sidney all of Vancouver, and one daughter, Mrs. Adele Nieman, of Victoria. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at 4 o’clock. Rabbi Berner officiating. The pallbearers were I. N. Nodeck, A. E. Alexander, and A. Lancaster. The remains were laid at rest in the Jewish cemetery.
